Location: Hybrid role based in the United States

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the FinTech engineering team within an Agile environment.
  • Direct daily operations, resource allocation, and budget management for multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales partners to identify and automate critical business processes.
  • Oversee best practices in software implementation with a focus on system reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Analyze complex operational challenges and leverage data to drive continuous process improvements.
  • Champion proactive collaboration between Enterprise Applications, IT, InfoSec, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of team management experience in Enterprise Applications or technical software implementation.
  • Strong understanding of financial system architectures, billing processes, and revenue management.
  • Proven knowledge of accounting principles, including ASC 606, SOX compliance, and system audit concepts.
  • Experience integrating and supporting CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
