Manager, Financial Applications (FinTech): Leading the FinTech team within the Enterprise Applications organization, focusing on developing, automating, and optimizing technology solutions for hirify.global’ business operations, with an accent on core systems supporting Finance. Focus on process excellence, operational reliability, and proactive collaboration with Finance, Product, Data, Quality Assurance, and Security to advance company objectives.

Location: Must be based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States or hybrid

Salary: $160,000—$200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the FinTech teams as high-performing Agile units.
  • Direct daily team operations, set clear objectives, and manage resources to deliver on strategic business goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales partners to identify, automate, and optimize critical business processes through effective software solutions.
  • Analyze complex operational situations, leveraging data and domain expertise to address challenges and drive process improvements.
  • Oversee application of best practices in software implementation, emphasizing reliability, scalability, and security for all supported platforms.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of team management experience in Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or technical software implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Finance, IT, and InfoSec stakeholders.
  • History of successfully delivering process improvements and system upgrades at scale.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to evaluate diverse situations and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
