What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts via digital channels and direct touch.
- Act as the voice of the Customer, providing input into product, marketing, and sales processes.
- Identify expansion opportunities to drive mutual value for customers and hirify.global.
- Create digital content as a Subject Matter Expert to be consumed by the Customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Leverage data to refine and optimize existing customer playbooks and drive product usage.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS company.
- Experience creating digital marketing content preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with CS tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Excel, PPT.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals.
