What you will do
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execute growth & marketing for the large enterprise business.
- Deliver a high-quality sales qualified lead pipeline and sales enablement.
- Build ICPs, positioning, customer industry pages, and sales assets.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing and event strategies.
- Grow top-of-funnel through content and paid marketing.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to build scoring models and reporting.
- Hire, coach, and inspire the GTM squad.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in B2B growth/marketing.
- Proven success in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience in data-driven marketing and KPI ownership, tying activities to pipeline and revenue.
- Built or scaled enterprise marketing with a focus on sales qualified pipeline and 2x+ growth.
- Led demand generation from <$5M to $30M+ ARR.
- Track record of 2x+ ARR growth through enterprise and ideally self-serve SaaS.
- Experience in both Product-Led Sales and sales-led motions.
- Built or scaled a B2B demand engine with self-serve and enterprise components.

- Partnered with Product on PLG loops.
- Worked in retail or ecommerce marketing.
- Experience in B2B within a B2C organization.
- Contributed to and iterated on pricing strategies.
- 2+ year tenures in relevant roles.
