What you will do

• Conduct analysis and deep dives on ambiguous business problems, providing insights and recommendations.
• Own data and metrics, from core logging to data visualizations.
• Guide code reviews, provide SQL and Python expertise, and create well-maintained ETL jobs.
• Maintain a high bar for statistical rigor, ensuring confidence in experimentation and causal analyses.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a quantitative field with ≥5+ years, or PhD with ≥3+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience driving impactful data science projects in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Ability to influence external stakeholders by synthesizing data learnings into compelling stories.
• Practical expertise in applying complex modeling frameworks to business problems.
• Professional experience using SQL and Python.
• Experience working with digital products in an iterative development cycle.
• Work authorization for the US is required.
• Ability to attend in-person team and company-wide offsites throughout the year is required.
