What you will do

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for high-impact technical roles in software engineering and platform development.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build thoughtful hiring plans using talent insights.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience that is human, honest, and aligned with company values.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines, focusing on hard-to-find, high-skill candidates.
  • Utilize recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve process efficiency.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices to create diverse, high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, especially in software or product-centric environments.
  • Working knowledge of technical concepts like programming languages and system architecture.
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech organizations.
  • Confidence using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and translating data into action.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for building diverse teams and fostering equity.
