What you will do
- Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned technical roles, focusing on EMEA and APAC.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using various techniques to build talent pipelines.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, providing guidance and best practices throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to DEI initiatives by building diverse talent pipelines and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
- Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions and enhance TA processes and efficiency.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
Requirements
- Native level English.
- 1-2 years of in-house recruitment experience for a SaaS tech company, specifically hiring for technical roles in Eastern Europe.
- Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates.
- Hands-on ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, including job descriptions, interviewing, negotiation, and offer management.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting.
- Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in successfully implementing AI in hiring efforts.
- Experience working with Greenhouse.
- Experience hiring for non-tech roles, APAC/US markets, or managing remote hiring processes.
- Understanding of the cloud management space or additional languages.
