Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage and close hirify.global opportunities with Microsoft's sales teams, partners, and direct customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and its sales teams.
• Effectively communicate hirify.global's value proposition and capabilities to potential customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in technology (cloud computing, IT services, SaaS).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and processes (lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, closing).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling to the C-Suite and using MEDDPICC sales methodology.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
