Associate Consultant (FP&A)

Associate Consultant (FP&A): Supporting the implementation of Vena product for customers, configuring data models, financial templates, and integrating data. Focus on improving financial processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing value from Vena investment.

Location: Remote within Canada, with an option to work onsite or hybrid in Toronto, Canada.

Salary: 68,850 - 93,150 CAD/year

What you will do

• Support Vena product implementation by configuring data models, financial templates, reports, and automated workflows.
• Deliver on customer satisfaction and time-to-value metrics.
• Participate in on-site or virtual workshops with customers to elicit business and technical requirements.
• Enable customers to adopt the product and maximize value through effective communication skills.
• Work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Continuously learn the product and apply problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)/Accounting and/or Software Implementation.
• Passion for continuously learning new technology and improving business processes for customers.
• Resourcefulness and eagerness to learn and grow, taking initiative to find answers.
• Excellent communication skills, proactively asking thoughtful questions, and demonstrating understanding of customer needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and present effectively.
• Experience in applying problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Data Integration and data modeling experience, or a willingness to learn database management (i.e., ETL, Oracle, SQL Server).
