What you will do

• Partner with the Enterprise Technology organization as a trusted finance business partner.
• Manage the month/quarter-end close process, including preparing accruals and reviewing journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial review packages to review expenses and update forecasts with business partners.
• Conduct monthly forecasting related to headcount, department expenses, CAPEX, corporate allocations and company software spend.
• Apply AI solutions to automate manual, recurring processes and deliverables.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis on spend to understand and align on business and financial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a FP&A role.
• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build reports and dashboards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Solid accounting/finance experience, including knowledge of GAAP.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting CIO organizations is a plus.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights and/or Workday Financials is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and global environment.
