What you will do
- Own monthly/quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards for leadership and the Board.
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across the business.
- Maintain and evolve ARR reporting, including bookings, churn, expansion, and net revenue retention metrics.
- Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, long-range planning, and business performance analysis.
- Prepare Board and investor materials and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Support M&A diligence processes and assist with post-acquisition integration.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or PE-backed environments.
- Strong SaaS fluency with deep understanding of ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV/CAC, and related metrics.
- Experience supporting or executing M&A processes.
- Exposure to PE-backed companies and familiarity with investor reporting requirements.
- Advanced AI and Excel modeling skills; experience with Vena, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to distill complex analysis into clear insights for executive and Board audiences.
