TL;DR

SMB Account Executive (AI): Owning and growing a diverse portfolio of SMB accounts in the LATAM market, driving new acquisition and customer expansion by leveraging product signals, outbound prospecting, and partner collaboration. Focus on prioritizing for impact, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to closing deals, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Location: This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most hirify.globals have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.

Salary: €56,500 – €63,250

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of SMB accounts, balancing retention, adoption, and new revenue opportunities.
  • Drive product engagement, identify growth opportunities, and deliver incremental ARR across your accounts.
  • Segment your accounts and develop tailored Account Plans for high-propensity prospects with channel partners.
  • Execute persona-based and vertical-specific outbound motions, and convert inbound opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and solution mapping to negotiating and closing deals in the LATAM territory.
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts with a high degree of precision.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of closing experience in a high-velocity sales motion, or strong Sales Development experience with quota attainment.
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets in previous roles.
  • Comfortable operating in a product-led or sales-assisted model.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them.
  • Portuguese and/or Spanish language speaking skills are preferred.
