What you will do

• Define and execute global category strategy for IT (SaaS, Infrastructure, Hardware) and Professional Services.
• Lead complex, enterprise-level negotiations with global vendors, managing high-value SaaS and strategic professional services contracts.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing central procurement team, ensuring alignment with regional leaders.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to C-level executives, transforming procurement into a strategic business enabler.
• Drive improvements in global procurement processes, ensuring robust compliance in technology sourcing.
• Deliver measurable bottom-line impact, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, with deep expertise in IT, Technology, and Professional Services categories.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-year negotiations with global vendors such as AWS, Google, and Salesforce.
• Strong global mindset, with demonstrated experience operating in hyper-growth, decentralized, and international organizations.
• Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to translate complex sourcing strategies and financial impacts for senior leadership.
• Strategic and results-driven leader with a strong track record of delivering sustainable profit optimization.
• Experienced in managing geographically dispersed teams and acting as a trusted ambassador of procurement to senior stakeholders.
