What you will do
- Respond to patient inquiries via a ticketing system with clear, accurate and empathetic written communication.
- Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients to address queries, concerns and offer support.
- Assess and review incoming pre-approvals, ensuring clinical appropriateness in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Deliver a high standard of patient care while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of clinical experience in a pharmacy or nursing (registered nurse) setting.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and professionally.
- Excellent telephone skills and confidence.
- Strong attention to detail and sound clinical judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
