What you will do

  • Coordinate and organize schedules and meetings for the management board proactively.
  • Prepare, plan, and coordinate internal and external meetings, including visitor management.
  • Organize business trips for board members and employees, handling travel expense accounting.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental project activities and appointments.
  • Support the management of company insurance policies.
  • Provide operative support to the legal department and the entire team with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • Professional experience in a secretarial/assistant function at executive/management level in international companies.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (all day-to-day activities are carried out in English).
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong team player with emotional intelligence and organizational talent, demonstrating discretion and loyalty.

  • Initial experience in legal topics.
