Salary: USD 160,000–210,000 per year (for US candidates)

What you will do

• Own and scale the execution of complex AI data project portfolios, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Manage gross margin targets across your project portfolio, optimizing delivery efficiency and resource allocation.
• Partner closely with Business Development to scope new opportunities, structure proposals, and convert prospects into successful deliveries.
• Direct delivery teams and project managers, providing hands-on support when situations require it.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and develop new approaches to enhance execution quality.
• Manage client relationships during project execution, ensuring smooth communication and addressing challenges.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of AI and GenAI technologies, market trends, basic knowledge of statistics, ML, and data science.
• Industry experience in tech, startups, or as a founder.
• Background in STEM (Computer Science, Maths, Physics).
• Strong consulting toolkit, with at least two years in top-3 consultancy reaching Engagement Manager or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with Robotics, RL Gyms, or off-the-shelf datasets.
