What you will do
- Manage large portfolios of programs and workstreams, including master timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
- Coordinate meetings, drive follow-ups, and ensure accountability across multiple active workstreams.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations with clear visual storytelling suitable for senior leadership reviews.
- Plan and coordinate activities related to product rollouts, operational readiness, and partner success initiatives.
- Present proposals, findings, status reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze resource needs, market dynamics, and business requirements to assess feasibility and guide program direction.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably in a complex technical, support, or service-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-workstream portfolios and deliver structured program governance and reporting.
- Strong experience creating executive-level slideware and visual storytelling (PowerPoint required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple simultaneous efforts.
- Ability to work aligned to Pacific Standard Time (±1 hour).
Nice to have
- Prior experience in customer support organizations, proactive services, or partner-facing support environments.
- Experience managing program portfolios for large enterprise environments or global operations.
- PMP, PMI, or similar project management certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
