TL;DR

Senior Non-Technical Program Manager: Driving program structure, operational rigor, and executive-level communication for the launch of a new partner-focused support offering with an accent on managing large portfolios, dependencies, risks, and mitigations. Focus on developing executive-ready presentations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and guiding program direction in complex environments.

Location: Remote; preferably sitting in either PST or CST. For candidates based in Washington State, salary range is specified.

Salary: $122,000–$132,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Manage large portfolios of programs and workstreams, including master timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
  • Coordinate meetings, drive follow-ups, and ensure accountability across multiple active workstreams.
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations with clear visual storytelling suitable for senior leadership reviews.
  • Plan and coordinate activities related to product rollouts, operational readiness, and partner success initiatives.
  • Present proposals, findings, status reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze resource needs, market dynamics, and business requirements to assess feasibility and guide program direction.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably in a complex technical, support, or service-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-workstream portfolios and deliver structured program governance and reporting.
  • Strong experience creating executive-level slideware and visual storytelling (PowerPoint required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple simultaneous efforts.
  • Ability to work aligned to Pacific Standard Time (±1 hour).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in customer support organizations, proactive services, or partner-facing support environments.
  • Experience managing program portfolios for large enterprise environments or global operations.
  • PMP, PMI, or similar project management certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
