What you will do
- Own and drive enterprise-wide initiatives impacting associate experience (e.g., productivity, digital workplace, security usability).
- Develop change plans, set objectives, and map project timelines for technology adoption.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to create comprehensive associate adoption strategies.
- Act as primary point of accountability for initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Coordinate across IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and business leaders to resolve trade-offs and drive timely decisions.
- Manage and develop direct reports, fostering accountability and collaboration.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in IT, technology transformation, program leadership, or enterprise initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT domains, particularly Technology Operations and Information Security.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and navigate competing priorities.
- Experience managing small, high-impact teams and driving associate/employee experience initiatives at enterprise scale.
- Exceptional ability to translate "tech-speak" into value-driven narratives for non-technical associates.
Nice to have
- PMP, PROSCI, and/or Agile certifications.
- Familiarity with digital workplace technologies, identity/access, endpoint management, or collaboration platforms.
- Background in professional services or large-scale transformation environments.
