VP, Enterprise Technology Initiatives: Own and coordinate the delivery and adoption of associate-impacting technology changes across the enterprise, ensuring changes are planned, communicated, executed, and sustained with appropriate stakeholder engagement and measurement. Focus on driving enterprise-wide initiatives that improve associate satisfaction and productivity through digital transformation, innovation, and proactive change management.

Location: Hybrid work environment (US-based role)

Salary: $164,000 – $226,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and drive enterprise-wide initiatives impacting associate experience (e.g., productivity, digital workplace, security usability).
  • Develop change plans, set objectives, and map project timelines for technology adoption.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to create comprehensive associate adoption strategies.
  • Act as primary point of accountability for initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Coordinate across IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and business leaders to resolve trade-offs and drive timely decisions.
  • Manage and develop direct reports, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in IT, technology transformation, program leadership, or enterprise initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT domains, particularly Technology Operations and Information Security.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and navigate competing priorities.
  • Experience managing small, high-impact teams and driving associate/employee experience initiatives at enterprise scale.
  • Exceptional ability to translate "tech-speak" into value-driven narratives for non-technical associates.

Nice to have

  • PMP, PROSCI, and/or Agile certifications.
  • Familiarity with digital workplace technologies, identity/access, endpoint management, or collaboration platforms.
  • Background in professional services or large-scale transformation environments.
