Location: Livingston, NJ / New York, NY / San Francisco, CA / Sunnyvale, CA / Bellevue, WA. While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. This position requires access to export controlled information, therefore applicants must be (A) a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158.

What you will do
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to define ideal candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
- Build and manage proactive talent pipelines for priority roles.
- Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates through various tools and market research.
- Qualify candidates for role and level fit via resume review and screening questions.
- Tell the hirify.global story compellingly, setting expectations around role scope and compensation.
- Use data to drive decisions, tracking response rates, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- Experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter in high-volume or hard-to-fill roles, ideally within technology, data centers, or cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability to build and manage outbound pipelines, iterating based on hiring team feedback.
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and ATS/CRM platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor outreach and articulate hirify.global’s mission.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple searches and stakeholders while keeping data clean.
- Must be a U.S. person for export control compliance purposes (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., data center operations, infrastructure engineering, GPU/cloud).
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Gem, Notion, Confluence.
- Background supporting new site launches, large-scale hiring initiatives, or hyper-growth environments.
