TL;DR

Sales Recruiter (Contract): Running end-to-end sales recruiting workflows and building calibrated candidate slates for high-priority sales hiring with an accent on data-driven processes and candidate experience. Focus on sourcing at pace, managing pipelines, and providing insights on target markets.

Location: This role is hybrid (4 days a week in either our SF Bay Area, NYC or Nashville offices). You'll operate out of San Francisco or Palo Alto and align onsite cadence to team norms.

What you will do

  • Run end-to-end sourcing-to-offer workflows for core sales roles, partnering with GTM recruiting and hiring leaders.
  • Build role-specific Total Addressable Markets (TAMs) for Sales profiles and present insights on target companies and geographies.
  • Execute hiring sprints, including events, interview days, candidate communications, and offer coordination.
  • Source at pace using LinkedIn Recruiter/Gem projects, build diverse pipelines, and run structured screens.
  • Maintain clean, timely data and stage movement in Greenhouse, leveraging Modern Loop for efficient scheduling.
  • Drive candidate experience through crisp communication, expectation setting, and timely feedback.
  • Share weekly pipeline health metrics and pass-through rates, escalating risks and proposing concrete actions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in recruiting or sourcing (agency or in-house) with hands-on experience in GTM (SDR/AE).
  • Demonstrated ability to build TAMs and convert them into prioritized outreach plans and slates.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and Modern Loop; strong calendar/scheduling instincts and data hygiene.
  • Structured, metrics-driven approach; strong written communication and stakeholder management with hiring leaders.
  • Work in a hybrid model, 4 days a week from SF Bay Area, NYC, or Nashville offices.
