What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering & Product roles, including senior and niche technical profiles.
- Proactively headhunt and source candidates across European markets, building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers on calibration, market benchmarking, and realistic timelines.
- Drive structured interview processes, leveraging AI and modern sourcing tools to improve speed and quality.
- Maintain strong ATS hygiene and contribute to building our employer brand across the Tech community.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with strong exposure to tech hiring.
- Proven success hiring engineers and product profiles in Europe.
- Strong sourcing mindset and comfort in reaching out to passive candidates daily.
- Experience owning senior and leadership searches (EM, Director level).
- Ability to convey hiring insights backed by data.
- Fluent English (C1+).
