Location: Remote or Hybrid from our Prague or Bratislava offices

Salary: From CZK 70,000 / EUR 3,000 + performance bonuses (paid after probation)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and niche technical profiles
• Conduct proactive headhunting and targeted sourcing across European markets, focusing on CEE and broader Europe
• Build and maintain long-term pipelines for senior and niche talent
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on market benchmarking, hiring strategy, calibration, and realistic timelines
• Drive structured interview processes, leveraging AI and modern tools to improve speed, quality, and metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance
• Maintain ATS hygiene, provide data-driven reporting, and contribute to employer branding in the Tech community

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with strong exposure to tech hiring
• Proven success hiring engineers and product profiles in Europe
• Strong sourcing mindset, comfortable reaching out to passive candidates daily
• Experience owning senior and leadership searches (Engineering Manager, Director level)
• Ability to convey hiring insights backed by data
• Fluent English (C1+)
