Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech): Full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Product roles across CEE and wider Europe with an accent on proactive headhunting, sourcing senior tech talent, and partnering with leaders on hiring strategy. Focus on building pipelines, driving structured interviews, and achieving ambitious time-to-fill benchmarks using AI tools and data-driven insights.
Location: Remote or Hybrid from our Prague or Bratislava offices
Salary: From CZK 70,000 / EUR 3,000 + performance bonuses (paid after probation)

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and niche technical profiles
- Conduct proactive headhunting and targeted sourcing across European markets, focusing on CEE and broader Europe
- Build and maintain long-term pipelines for senior and niche talent
- Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on market benchmarking, hiring strategy, calibration, and realistic timelines
- Drive structured interview processes, leveraging AI and modern tools to improve speed, quality, and metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance
- Maintain ATS hygiene, provide data-driven reporting, and contribute to employer branding in the Tech community
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with strong exposure to tech hiring
- Proven success hiring engineers and product profiles in Europe
- Strong sourcing mindset, comfortable reaching out to passive candidates daily
- Experience owning senior and leadership searches (Engineering Manager, Director level)
- Ability to convey hiring insights backed by data
- Fluent English (C1+)
