Location: Fully remote position supporting customers worldwide

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers, conducting regular consulting sessions.
• Translate business and operational requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide consultation on SirsiDynix applications, migration processes, workflows, and ILS technology.
• Analyze requests for custom solutions and prepare detailed specifications.
• Facilitate communication between internal implementation teams and customers.
• Travel as needed to conduct training and/or provide consultation at customer sites.

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Library Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience; Master’s degree or MLIS preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and organizational abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of SirsiDynix Library Software and basic library processes.
• Ability to instruct large groups using web-based meeting software (i.e., Teams) or in-person.
• Must be flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
• Must be willing to travel a minimum of 25% of workdays.
