Head of Marketing (EHS Industrial Tech): Lead and scale hirify.global's global marketing presence, owning the entire customer journey from brand awareness to sales conversion with an accent on defining global Go-to-Market strategies and building a revenue engine. Focus on translating complex product features into value-driven stories, driving demand generation, and enabling sales and partners for complex industrial deals.

Location: Hybrid, requiring 3 full days per week in the Lisbon or Leiria office, Portugal.

What you will do

  • Define global Go-to-Market strategies and positioning for direct and partner channels.
  • Translate complex EHS features into simple, value-driven product marketing stories.
  • Oversee content strategy, demand generation (SEO, SEM, outbound, social), and lead generation.
  • Empower sales and partners with enablement tools and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead brand governance, internal communication, and PR relations to position hirify.global as a category leader.
  • Mentor and grow a team of marketing specialists, fostering data-driven experimentation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Industrial Tech marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Understanding of the EHS market landscape and customer pain points.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, adaptable, and persuasive.
  • Fluent in Portuguese & English, with availability to travel 5-10% of the time.
