What you will do
- Define global Go-to-Market strategies and positioning for direct and partner channels.
- Translate complex EHS features into simple, value-driven product marketing stories.
- Oversee content strategy, demand generation (SEO, SEM, outbound, social), and lead generation.
- Empower sales and partners with enablement tools and competitive intelligence.
- Lead brand governance, internal communication, and PR relations to position hirify.global as a category leader.
- Mentor and grow a team of marketing specialists, fostering data-driven experimentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Industrial Tech marketing.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Understanding of the EHS market landscape and customer pain points.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, adaptable, and persuasive.
- Fluent in Portuguese & English, with availability to travel 5-10% of the time.
