What you will do
- Resolve small business owners’ questions and requests via inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, emails, and chats.
- Ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer requests, addressing both stated and unstated needs.
- Become an expert on hirify.global products, creating added value and memorable customer experiences.
- Leverage innovative technology solutions and systems to process customer requests.
- Meet or exceed performance expectations based on key metrics in customer experience, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Identify, resolve, and/or escalate risks and trends impacting the customer experience, and provide product/customer experience feedback.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of Customer Support experience, including client-facing experience.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adherence to a specific work schedule, with shifts between 8AM-8PM ET Monday-Friday.
- Work in a hybrid environment (2 days in-office, 3 days at-home) with a distraction-free home setup and reliable internet (100 mbps).
