What you will do
- Serve as the first line of support for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding Fi360’s SaaS and learning solutions.
- Provide clear, professional guidance to clients on features, functionality, policies, and procedures.
- Accurately document all client interactions in systems like Zendesk and Salesforce.
- Educate clients on Industry Best Practices, the Fiduciary Standard of Care, and effective use of Fi360’s tools.
- Troubleshoot common technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.
Requirements
- 1+ years of client relations, customer support, or sales experience, including direct communication via phone and email.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn SaaS platform support.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Competence in using software tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
