What you will do

  • Serve as the first line of support for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding Fi360’s SaaS and learning solutions.
  • Provide clear, professional guidance to clients on features, functionality, policies, and procedures.
  • Accurately document all client interactions in systems like Zendesk and Salesforce.
  • Educate clients on Industry Best Practices, the Fiduciary Standard of Care, and effective use of Fi360’s tools.
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of client relations, customer support, or sales experience, including direct communication via phone and email.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn SaaS platform support.
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Competence in using software tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
