Location: This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, and Westlake, TX offices, with in-person attendance expected 3 days every other week.

Salary: $3,408–$4,000 USD monthly

• Independently troubleshoot and assist cardholders with challenging inquiries.

• Spot trends that could indicate a product bug or issue.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time work experience.
• Deep customer empathy and passion for providing exceptional service.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while escalating when necessary.
• Agile and flexible as processes evolve.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of financial products.
• Previous experience with text or email customer support.
• Basic working knowledge of Salesforce.
