What you will do

• Monitor client volume trends and identify performance-affecting changes or anomalies.
• Resolve client inquiries and escalations.
• Participate in scheduled client calls to support issue resolution and relationship management.
• Distribute weekly/monthly volume and batch reports.
• Perform access portal demos for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Client Success) to develop projects.
• Support efforts aimed at driving volume growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing client performance.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business or a related field of study.
• Must return to school in Fall 2026 to complete degree.
• Possess analytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills.
