Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, logging detailed notes in Salesforce and creating JIRA tickets.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Educate clients on product and program enhancements, guiding them through corporate intranets and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by researching account activity and following up on resolutions.
• Promote hirify.global services and products including websites, domain names, and digital advertising solutions.

Requirements

• Strong customer service experience.
• Proficiency in application software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Work hours will be 10 AM - 7 PM (CT).
