TL;DR

Account Manager (French Market): Managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized customers within the French market, focusing on customer satisfaction, growth, and margin increase within existing accounts. Focus on deep customer engagement, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging data analytics for business reviews and product up-selling/cross-selling.

Location: This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of one of our European hubs, working in-person 3 days a week. Relocation support to one of our hubs is available for certain roles.

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of SMB customers and foster high customer engagement with key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer businesses to maximize their usage of hirify.global products.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Provide regular business reviews using data analytics for senior stakeholders.
  • Act as an expert on hirify.global products to meet quarterly up-selling and cross-selling targets.
  • Develop strong client relationships to shape their business travel programs.

Requirements

  • Native or near native level of French required.
  • Fluent level of English required.
  • Minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience.
  • Outstanding presentation & communication skills.
  • Great prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and translate data for customers.
