What you will do

• Develop a strong understanding of key customer segments and markets.
• Identify customer pain points and industry trends (e.g., GenAI, open science) to inform marketing strategies.
• Create persona-based value propositions and segment narratives that increase engagement.
• Develop and execute persona-based programs for product launches and thought leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with central and regional teams to build and execute marketing plans.
• Develop sales enablement tools, messaging briefs, and content supporting the buyer journey.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive B2B, segment, or product marketing experience, ideally with SaaS offerings or academic markets.
• Proven track record of crafting and executing go-to-market strategies and messaging.
• Understanding of marketing and sales alignment, with familiarity in Challenger Sales methodology.
• Experience developing enablement content, sales narratives, and digital marketing assets.
• Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
