What you will do
- Develop a strong understanding of key customer segments and markets.
- Identify customer pain points and industry trends (e.g., GenAI, open science) to inform marketing strategies.
- Create persona-based value propositions and segment narratives that increase engagement.
- Develop and execute persona-based programs for product launches and thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with central and regional teams to build and execute marketing plans.
- Develop sales enablement tools, messaging briefs, and content supporting the buyer journey.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive B2B, segment, or product marketing experience, ideally with SaaS offerings or academic markets.
- Proven track record of crafting and executing go-to-market strategies and messaging.
- Understanding of marketing and sales alignment, with familiarity in Challenger Sales methodology.
- Experience developing enablement content, sales narratives, and digital marketing assets.
- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
