TL;DR

Growth Account Manager (Fintech): Nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers, driving product adoption, and ensuring clients achieve business goals with an accent on retaining and expanding revenue for largest accounts and collaborating cross-functionally. Focus on managing continual onboarding and training processes, and finding applications of hirify.global’s platform for financial/accounting executives.

Location: Remote (US) or onsite in San Jose, CA, or Draper, UT.

Salary: $150,300–$180,400 USD (San Jose, CA); $127,800–$153,300 USD (Draper, UT)

What you will do

  • Retain and expand revenue from hirify.global’s largest accounts.
  • Maintain exceptional relationships with key mid-market and strategic accounts.
  • Manage, onboard, and train clients on hirify.global’s products and services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales teams.
  • Work with finance/accounting executives to identify platform applications.
  • Document daily activity in Salesforce and Gainsight and manage a sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a quota carrying position
  • Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with clients.
  • High level of initiative, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Basic understanding of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement).
  • Basic understanding of accounting systems (QuickBooks, Netsuite, etc.).
  • Finance/Accounting Experience.
  • SaaS experience.
