What you will do
- Retain and expand revenue from hirify.global’s largest accounts.
- Maintain exceptional relationships with key mid-market and strategic accounts.
- Manage, onboard, and train clients on hirify.global’s products and services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales teams.
- Work with finance/accounting executives to identify platform applications.
- Document daily activity in Salesforce and Gainsight and manage a sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a quota carrying position
- Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with clients.
- High level of initiative, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement).
- Basic understanding of accounting systems (QuickBooks, Netsuite, etc.).
- Finance/Accounting Experience.
- SaaS experience.
