What you will do

• Prioritise change and identify control weaknesses using RCSAs and controls MI, feeding into Finance governance.
• Drive the transition from manual, workaround-heavy controls to automated, well-designed processes, particularly after ERP changes.
• Design and automate controls using ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) and data tooling, working hands-on with SQL and/or Python.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Engineering teams to design controls that scale.
• Support complex change initiatives (e.g., EU expansion) by ensuring controls are embedded as processes evolve.
• Lead and manage strategic projects within Finance to build and drive financial capabilities across the Bank.

Requirements

• Experience in banking with a good understanding of key financial controls.
• Great eye for detail and a self-starter attitude.
• Comfortable translating complex information into simple words for diverse backgrounds.

• Must be based in the UK.
