What you will do

• Own and drive the full 360° recruiting process from intake to offer for technical and consulting roles.
• Shape effective sourcing strategies, actively engage talent, and build strong pipelines.
• Conduct competence-based interviews and provide clear, data-informed hiring recommendations.
• Advise hiring managers throughout the process, offering market insights and strategic guidance.
• Ensure smooth, efficient recruiting operations by optimizing processes and championing ATS data quality.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders, collaborating with People & Culture and Employer Branding.

Requirements

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruiting.
• Proven expertise in active sourcing and modern recruiting tools.
• Ability to act as a trusted business partner.
• Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (at least C1), consulting and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for improving processes and sharing knowledge.
