Location: Kronberg im Taunus or Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. Role is limited to candidates based in Germany, France or Switzerland.

What you will do

• Manage the entire recruiting process for IT and SAP positions.
• Develop search strategies in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
• Identify and contact candidates through social and professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Conduct telephone or virtual interviews with candidates.
• Build and maintain a candidate network.
• Drive forward Talent Acquisition projects.

Requirements

• A degree in business administration, business psychology, or a related field with an HR focus.
• At least four years of experience in active sourcing and hiring, preferably in IT/SAP.
• Familiarity with search tools and social media platforms; experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus.
• Openness to global processes and experience in an international environment.
• Fluent in German (at least C1) and English (at least B1); Spanish (at least B2) is desirable.
