What you will do

• Manage the entire recruiting process for IT and SAP positions.
• Develop search strategies and identify suitable candidates through social and professional networks.
• Coordinate and conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain your own candidate network.
• Take responsibility for and drive hirify.global-specific Talent Acquisition projects.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree, ideally in business administration, business psychology, or comparable qualification with an HR focus.
• At least four years of relevant experience in active sourcing and hiring for IT/SAP roles.
• Familiarity with all relevant search tools and social media platforms, ideally with SmartRecruiters experience.
• Openness to global processes and prior experience in an international environment are highly desirable.
• Highly result-oriented, communicative, and appreciative of independent work within a collaborative team.
• Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B1+), with desirable Spanish (B2) proficiency.
