Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT/SAP): Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT and SAP positions, developing search strategies, identifying and contacting candidates through professional networks, and coordinating interviews. Focus on building and maintaining a candidate network and driving specific Talent Acquisition projects.
Location: Onsite in Kronberg im Taunus or Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany

What you will do
- Manage the entire recruiting process for IT and SAP positions.
- Develop search strategies and identify suitable candidates through social and professional networks.
- Coordinate and conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain your own candidate network.
- Take responsibility for and drive -specific Talent Acquisition projects.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree, ideally in business administration, business psychology, or comparable qualification with an HR focus.
- At least four years of relevant experience in active sourcing and hiring for IT/SAP roles.
- Familiarity with all relevant search tools and social media platforms, ideally with SmartRecruiters experience.
- Openness to global processes and prior experience in an international environment are highly desirable.
- Highly result-oriented, communicative, and appreciative of independent work within a collaborative team.
- Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B1+), with desirable Spanish (B2) proficiency.
