What you will do

• Help organizations develop people and evolve operating structures through interim roles, project work, or consulting.
• Take ownership of client projects across various industries, from operational to strategic levels (e.g., C-level hiring).
• Manage the entire end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing strategy to offer stage.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify optimization potential and translate insights into actions.
• Ensure outstanding candidate and client experience throughout projects.
• Act as a strategic partner for hiring managers and C-level executives in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Completed degree in HR or comparable qualification.
• At least three years of professional experience in a consulting environment with a focus on project-based HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Solid experience in end-to-end recruiting and stakeholder collaboration across seniority levels.
• Track record in talent analytics, employer branding, tool implementation, or sourcing strategies.
• Strong data-driven working style with experience in reports and analyses.
• Position is based in Berlin, Germany.
