What you will do
- Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner for specific teams or business areas.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiations and relocation.
- Clarify hiring priorities and expectations with leaders, ensuring strong alignment.
- Proactively source top talent and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Lead first interviews and coordinate structured interview processes.
- Continuously improve recruitment practices using insights, feedback, and data.
Requirements
- Solid experience in talent acquisition, ideally across technical, creative, data, and/or product roles.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills.
- Experience partnering closely with senior stakeholders or business leaders.
- Familiarity with data-informed recruitment and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills to manage parallel recruitment processes and internal development projects.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- English: Fluent communication skills required across diverse audiences.
- Resilience and adaptability to create structure in changing environments.

- Experience working in tech scale-ups.
- Background in both in-house and agency recruitment.
- Curiosity about how AI and other tools can support and improve Talent Acquisition.
