Talent Acquisition Partner (Gamedev): Building and optimizing teams to enable world-class entertainment, leading end-to-end recruitment processes with an accent on enabling well-informed hiring decisions and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Focus on evolving recruitment practices to be scalable and consistent, and building strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership.

Location: Flexible hybrid work model from Helsinki, Finland or Berlin, Germany. Relocation to Finland or Germany is expected, with full support provided.

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner for specific teams or business areas.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiations and relocation.
  • Clarify hiring priorities and expectations with leaders, ensuring strong alignment.
  • Proactively source top talent and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
  • Lead first interviews and coordinate structured interview processes.
  • Continuously improve recruitment practices using insights, feedback, and data.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in talent acquisition, ideally across technical, creative, data, and/or product roles.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering closely with senior stakeholders or business leaders.
  • Familiarity with data-informed recruitment and process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills to manage parallel recruitment processes and internal development projects.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • English: Fluent communication skills required across diverse audiences.
  • Resilience and adaptability to create structure in changing environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in tech scale-ups.
  • Background in both in-house and agency recruitment.
  • Curiosity about how AI and other tools can support and improve Talent Acquisition.
