What you will do

• Drive growth by defining bold solutions for the obesity category, balancing patient and business impact.
• Deeply understand patient needs and use insights to shape product features and commercial strategy.
• Lead pricing, margin, and LTV strategy, building data-backed models and experiments.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing.
• Partner with product, clinical, and tech teams to design and launch enhancements.
• Establish processes and frameworks to enable operational excellence and consistent delivery at scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, growth, product, or product marketing, ideally in healthcare, consumer, or digital businesses.
• Proven success in scaling customer-facing propositions from strategy to execution.
• Strong commercial acumen, confident with pricing and financial modelling.
• Deep customer empathy and a passion for delivering human-centred healthcare experiences.
• Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives across various teams.
• Clear, structured communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
