What you will do

• Own a product area, understanding user needs and behaviors, and defining product requirements within hirify.global consumer health experiences.
• Translate business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements in close collaboration with UX designers and AI model development teams.
• Break down large bodies of work into phased execution plans and lead cross-functional teams from idea to polished implementation.
• Manage communication and dependency, scoping, and scheduling, driving implementation in collaboration with engineers, designers, and clinicians.
• Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, measuring success with data and user research.
• Set the bar for excellence and quality to build exceptional consumer-grade product experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics, or similar product management experience.
• Experience working in healthcare, ideally on healthcare consumer products.
• Ability to own your work in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to an ever-changing landscape.

Nice to have

• Experience working with LLMs and/or generative AI, or a demonstrated curiosity and desire to learn.
• Experience working in big tech or a scaled consumer product organization.
