What you will do

• Own a product area and understand user needs and behaviors within hirify.global consumer health experiences
• Translate business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements collaborating with UX designers and AI teams
• Lead cross-functional teams from idea to implementation with phased execution plans
• Manage communication, dependencies, scoping, and scheduling with engineers, designers, and clinicians
• Define goals, set up experiments, and measure success using data and user research
• Set high standards for quality to build exceptional consumer-grade products

Requirements

• Location: London, United Kingdom (onsite)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare consumer products
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• English: B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs and generative AI or strong curiosity to learn
• Experience in big tech or scaled consumer product organizations
