Location: Hybrid, requiring visits to the client’s office in London, preferably 2 times per week.

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic product partner to clients, identifying AI integration opportunities.
• Lead early discovery and solution design, validating feasibility with client objectives.
• Translate complex business needs into product strategies incorporating AI capabilities.
• Establish and evolve delivery structures and cross-functional teams for AI-informed product development.
• Guide ongoing product iterations, ensuring ethical AI evaluation and improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver realistic and well-scoped solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, client delivery, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrable exposure to AI technologies, including integrating AI features and working with data/ML teams.
• Strong strategic mindset connecting business value, user needs, and AI solution design.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Experience or interest in the travel industry or travel technology.
• Collaborative and pragmatic approach across distributed, multi-disciplinary teams.
