• Own end-to-end hiring processes and develop tailored hiring strategies aligned to business needs.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to understand role requirements and long-term workforce plans.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Drive structured, efficient interview processes to ensure strong assessment quality.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and consistent feedback.
• Use data to inform decisions, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex hiring solutions within an international Technology or Gaming environment.
• Strong direct sourcing capability with creative and innovative talent attraction strategies.
• Data-driven mindset, confident in analysing metrics and influencing stakeholders through evidence.
• Comfortable running reports, building dashboards, and improving TA systems and processes.
• Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptable, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
