What you will do
- Own end-to-end hiring processes and develop tailored hiring strategies aligned to business needs.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand role requirements and long-term workforce plans.
- Proactively source and engage passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques.
- Drive structured, efficient interview processes to ensure strong assessment quality.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and consistent feedback.
- Use data to inform decisions, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex hiring solutions within an international Technology or Gaming environment.
- Strong direct sourcing capability with creative and innovative talent attraction strategies.
- Data-driven mindset, confident in analysing metrics and influencing stakeholders through evidence.
- Comfortable running reports, building dashboards, and improving TA systems and processes.
- Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
