• Build strong, long-term relationships with studio owners and managers.
• Confidently communicate hirify.global's value proposition and troubleshoot partner issues.
• Utilize online and offline resources, including SalesForce, to develop and maintain pipelines.
• Contribute to country-specific projects and assist with transactional issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management with a full understanding of the field.
• Strong Negotiation Skills for managing diverse client accounts.
• Proficiency in Strategic Thinking for implementing tactical project plans.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills across various audiences.
• Demonstrated Business Acumen to articulate value within the broader business.
