- Confidently communicate hirify.global's value proposition and troubleshoot partner issues.
- Utilize online and offline resources, including SalesForce, to develop and maintain pipelines.
- Contribute to country-specific projects and assist with transactional issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management with a full understanding of the field.
- Strong Negotiation Skills for managing diverse client accounts.
- Proficiency in Strategic Thinking for implementing tactical project plans.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills across various audiences.
- Demonstrated Business Acumen to articulate value within the broader business.
- Ability to manage processes and priorities to consistently meet deadlines.
