Business Development Manager (Sales): Growing revenue and acquiring new estate agent business for Ireland's largest property portal with an accent on educating clients on advertising solutions and building deep relationships with key decision-makers. Focus on identifying sales opportunities, leading short and long sales cycles, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Location: Hybrid, requiring regular in-person meetings with agents throughout the Cork and Munster regions in Ireland. Must be based in Ireland with full working rights and possess a valid Driving Licence and own motor vehicle.

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor, connecting property clients to Daft.ie's extensive user base.
- Educate and sell a range of multifaceted advertising solutions to estate agents.
- Build and develop new and existing relationships with key decision makers to expand revenue opportunities.
- Identify sales opportunities in existing portfolios and through active prospecting, creating reliable forecasts.
- Meet and surpass all monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Act as the lead point of contact for designated accounts in the Munster region.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of online or B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of hitting targets.
- Excellent relationship building skills and a proactive approach to account management.
- Comfortable speaking to C-Level customers, both on the phone and in face-to-face meetings.
- Ability to use data-driven insights to manage pricing conversations.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be based in Ireland with full working rights and possess a valid Driving Licence and own motor vehicle.
