Location: Hybrid in Sevilla, Spain, with 2 office days per week. The chance to work from other local offices for up to 8 weeks a year is available.

What you will do

• Be the main contact person for vacation rental owners in Western Andalucía, advising them on product usage and listings.
• Coordinate property going live and assist homeowners with post-booking questions for high customer service.
• Interact with product and content teams for a smooth onboarding process.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and actively support revenue growth.
• Improve account performance through data analysis and solution-oriented strategies.
• Organize lead-generating and networking events (remote or in-person) to build a community.

Requirements

• Relevant job experience in account management, tourism, or customer-oriented roles.
• Strong communication skills, maintaining friendliness and calmness in all situations.
• Near native Spanish skills and fluent English.
• A customer-centric, problem-solving attitude.
