Account Manager (IT Security): Promoting and selling Axis solutions and products by building and managing a strong partner landscape. Focus on identifying, recruiting, and educating partners in the IT and security industry through field activities and collaborating with the sales team.
Location: Remote within the Barcelona area, Spain. Regional and occasional international travel required.

What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners.
- Develop business plans for the assigned area.
- Cooperate with marketing and sales teams to develop business.
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, and promotional sales activities.
- Support with trainings and partner events, coaching customers on new solutions.
- Set and follow up on annual sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, preferably in a technical sales position from the IT or security industry.
- Degree in Business Administration/Engineering.
- Good understanding of 2 tier sales model.
- Strong account management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and a good understanding of English.
- Must be based in the Barcelona area, Spain.

- Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market.
