Location: 100% Remote within the US

Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with company goals including channel, technology, and ecosystem partners
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align partnership initiatives with company objectives
  • Oversee partner lifecycle management including onboarding, joint business planning, and performance tracking
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements ensuring favorable terms and compliance
  • Track and report partnership performance metrics and present insights to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Must be located in the US and work fully remote
  • 10+ years experience in partnerships within payments, SaaS, or enterprise technology
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of payments partner ecosystem and go-to-market models
  • Ability to analyze partner performance data and track metrics
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Nice to have

  • Payments industry background
  • Sales enablement or partner marketing experience
  • Experience in distribution channels
