Marketing Specialist/Assistant (Temporary)

Marketing Specialist/Assistant (Temporary): Providing daily marketing support for the Fragrance & Beauty Division with an accent on translating consumer and product insights into customer business. Focus on assisting with creative marketing work, developing presentations, and managing routine team tasks.

Location: Hybrid role, based at the Guangzhou Huangpu site in China.

What you will do

• Understand customer needs and translate consumer, product, and fragrance insights to support reactive projects.
• Assist with creative marketing work, including the development, adaptation, and translation of marketing presentations for internal and client projects.
• Support routine marketing team tasks such as market product purchase and stock management.
• Perform other assigned tasks by the team leader.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in English, Literature, Media, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English (IELTS ≥ 6.5 / CET 6 / TEM 8) and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Open-minded, proactive, eager to learn, and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Photoshop).
• Keen observation skills, good fashion and aesthetic sense, and genuine interest or knowledge in perfumes, personal care, or home care categories.
