What you will do

  • Manage a sales territory, ensuring timely client responses and meeting pipeline generation and growth targets.
  • Serve as a commercial partner for the business, supporting budgeting, multi-year planning, and reporting.
  • Gather insights on products and competitors directly from clients to inform strategy.
  • Maintain the CRM with accurate notes and updates, collaborating on sales forecasts.
  • Represent hirify.global externally with professionalism and credibility.
  • Support commercial discussions, including pricing and commercial terms, and coordinate contract negotiation and execution.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role (Account Executive/Sales).
  • Experience working for technology/data vendors or in financial markets.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proactive ‘hunter’ mentality.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the maritime or commodities space.
  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach, or Sales Navigator.
  • Knowledge of commodities markets and trends.
