Senior Program Manager (B2B Software): Accelerating business growth by evaluating, planning, and executing strategic Go-to-Market initiatives across the company, with an accent on developing business cases, implementation plans, and managing day-to-day execution of strategic initiatives. Focus on designing country/region-specific roadmaps, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and building data-driven scalable business processes.

Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, CA, United States. This role is open to candidates authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $132,000–$173,200

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales Biz Ops to coordinate planning, roadmapping, and execution for NPI programs, including business cases and implementation plans.
  • Work with sales, product, support, legal, and other cross-functional teams to design country/region-specific roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of strategic initiatives, including problem framing, scoping, analysis, and tracking deliverables.
  • Proactively identify stakeholder needs, resolve roadblocks and risks, and provide clear feedback to Sales Biz Ops teams.
  • Facilitate joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level business partners.
  • Develop metrics to measure and manage initiative progress and success relative to objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience with a core focus in sales and/or product operations, preferably in high-growth B2B Software, Platform, and/or IaaS environments.
  • Prior experience in management consulting with a focus on operational transformation, corporate strategy, or product/technical program management.
  • Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support.
  • Experience identifying, evaluating, and analyzing business opportunities while working with cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of sales processes and systems, including Salesforce/CPQ and order-to-cash systems.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, revenue-driving projects.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong academic record required; Undergraduate degree required.
