What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to optimize efficiency and align business operations.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive execution of key strategic initiatives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, identify improvements, and propose innovative solutions.
• Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and roadmaps for programs, adapting strategies as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and ensure recommendations are implemented.
• Proactively explore and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve team workflows and scale programs.

Requirements

• 7-9+ years of experience in strategic operations and/or program management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and driving execution.
• Strong analytical skills and execution mindset with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and change, consistently delivering results.
• Work authorization for the United States or Canada is required.
