Salary: $173,000–$235,000 USD (USA) or $153,000–$207,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to optimize efficiency and align business operations.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive execution of key strategic initiatives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, identify improvements, and propose innovative solutions.
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and roadmaps for programs, adapting strategies as needed.
- Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and ensure recommendations are implemented.
- Proactively explore and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve team workflows and scale programs.
Requirements
- 7-9+ years of experience in strategic operations and/or program management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and driving execution.
- Strong analytical skills and execution mindset with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and change, consistently delivering results.
- Work authorization for the United States or Canada is required.
