Staff DFT Engineer

Salary: $128,000–$189,370 per annum

What you will do

• Architect and implement DFT features like scan, BIST, and JTAG for complex System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.
• Develop and verify test patterns for both pre-silicon and post-silicon validation phases.
• Perform fault simulation and analyze test coverage to meet stringent product quality goals.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, verification, and test engineering.
• Support silicon bring-up, debug, and yield improvement efforts related to DFT.

Requirements

• **Proven expertise in Design-for-Test (DFT) methodologies and tools.**
• **Extensive experience in the full ASIC/SoC design flow, with a strong focus on DFT implementation.**
• Proficiency with Verilog/SystemVerilog and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• **Must be based in Santa Clara, CA, USA.**
• **Eligible to access export-controlled technology and software as defined under applicable U.S. law, requiring U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or protected individual status, or the ability to undergo an export license review process.**
