What you will do

• Schedule, edit, and optimize content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Master GQ Germany’s editorial tone of voice and collaborate with editorial stakeholders on cover stories and features.
• Make content recommendations informed by social media trends and build creative assets for various platforms.
• Collaborate with video producers on ideation and creation of social-first videos and franchises.
• Coordinate with editors and publicists to ensure talent promotion on social.
• Report on content performance, present social insights, and brainstorm new rollout strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of social media management experience.
• Passionate about existing and emergent social media platforms and growing audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and how to translate these into content for brands.
• Familiarity with social video content and formats.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and how to use data to inform strategy.
